These terms apply to your use of the Canopy Station online store and purchases from Canopy Station. Please read the product details and our shipping, returns and privacy policies before ordering.

Orders and product options

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Review your selected size, frame, printing choices, quantity and included components before completing checkout. Display images may show sample artwork; your custom product will use the specifications and artwork agreed for your order.

Artwork approval

You are responsible for providing artwork you have permission to use, including logos, photographs, fonts and other design elements. Check any proofs we send for spelling, layout, colors and specifications before approving them. Screen colors can differ from printed materials. If an exact color match is essential, contact us before ordering to discuss requirements. We may decline artwork that infringes another person's rights or cannot be produced.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the store. Available options can change the price. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. We may correct an obvious listing or pricing error; if it affects a placed order, we will contact you before proceeding and offer you the opportunity to cancel the affected order for a refund.

Production, shipping and cancellations

Product pages state estimated production times. Production and shipping transit are separate. Confirm event deadlines with us before ordering. Requests for changes, cancellations, returns or refunds are handled according to our shipping and returns policies and applicable law.

Using the site and products

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or access it without authorization. Follow product setup, anchoring, maintenance and safety instructions. Select equipment appropriate for the conditions in which you will use it. Website content belonging to Canopy Station may not be copied for commercial reuse without permission.

Third-party services and consumer rights

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Payments and other services may be provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy information. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to defective or misdescribed products.
