Build a kit for both exhibition halls and outdoor promotions
A Toronto business may need different layouts for an indoor exhibition and an outdoor community promotion. Start with the named venue and its exhibitor instructions. The Metro Toronto Convention Centre publishes forms and guidelines for exhibitor services; other GTA venues and event organizers have their own requirements.
If you want reusable branding, keep the logo, colours and main offer consistent across a canopy, table cover and indoor backdrop. Keep dates and event-specific prices on material you can change. The result is a coordinated kit you can adapt without assuming one layout works everywhere.
Choose equipment around the customer interaction
For an outdoor vendor space, sketch the table, canopy legs, stock and staff positions before choosing a footprint. A 10Γ10 layout may suit one main counter; compare larger canopy sizes only when the organizer allows enough space for the extra activity.
For an indoor exhibition, choose a backdrop and counter around the booked booth dimensions. Put detailed product information at conversation distance. If a flag is part of the plan, check its total height and permitted position rather than relying on the graphic size alone.
Compare the printed equipment
- Canopy Package 1: compare 10Γ10, 10Γ15 and 10Γ20 sizes, with 40mm or 50mm aluminum frame options.
- Feather flags: a separate sign for an approved approach or display area.
- Printed table covers: coordinated graphics for the counter or product table.
- 10Γ10 trade show displays: compare indoor backdrop and counter combinations.
Toronto event planning checklist
- Identify the actual Toronto or GTA venue and obtain the current exhibitor kit.
- Confirm booth dimensions, permitted height and required material documentation.
- Mark electrical and other service positions before submitting orders to the venue.
- For outdoor use, confirm whether stakes are possible or another anchoring arrangement is required.
- Provide the full delivery postal code and event date when asking about the production and shipping schedule.
Can one canopy package cover all my Toronto event needs?
Compare the contents against each layout. An outdoor canopy package and an indoor booth display serve different purposes, while matching flags and table graphics can help connect their branding. Choose the pieces around your events rather than assuming every accessory is included.
Ordering for an event date
Tell us your product choice, delivery address, event date and venue requirements before ordering. Available shipping options depend on your destination. Production and shipping transit are separate, and an arrival date is only guaranteed if expressly confirmed in writing. Review the shipping and production policy.
