This policy explains how Canopy Station handles personal information when you browse our Shopify-hosted store, place an order, request a mockup, or contact us.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, messages, and artwork submitted for custom printing.
Payment information is handled through Shopify and payment providers. We receive information needed to confirm and manage payment.
When you browse, our store and connected services may collect device, browser, IP address, cookie identifiers, page visits and interactions.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to fulfill orders, prepare artwork and proofs, communicate with you, deliver products, provide support, manage payments and returns, protect the store against fraud, maintain records, and meet legal obligations.
We also use permitted analytics and marketing information to understand store activity, measure advertising and promote products. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option.
SERVICES AND SHARING
We share relevant information with service providers that support our store, including Shopify, payment processors, production and fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, customer-support tools, and analytics or advertising services.
Store integrations include Google analytics and advertising tools, Meta advertising tools, Tawk.to and Chatty customer-support tools, and affiliate tools such as UpPromote and GoAffPro. The information processed by a service depends on its role and the features used.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction subject to applicable safeguards.
COOKIES AND ADVERTISING CHOICES
Cookies and similar technologies help the store function, remember preferences, analyze visits and measure advertising.

We retain information as needed for the purposes described here, including order records, support, tax and legal requirements.

CHILDREN AND UPDATES
The store is intended for people purchasing event equipment and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information without appropriate permission, contact us.
